What are your shipping rates and timing?
Free Standard Shipping on retail orders over $49.99. Orders under $49.99 ship for a flat $9.99 fee.
Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Didn’t get one? Check spam or contact us at support@aycana.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best. Email support@aycana.com within a few hours of purchase with your order number and the change you need.
What is your return & refund policy?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or partially consumed food items, but we’ll make it right if something’s off.

What makes Aycana snacks different?
We partner with Peruvian smallholder farmers and dry fruits at peak ripeness—never frozen—so you get bright flavor and natural color in every bite. When a harvest runs out, we wait for the next one. No shortcuts.
Are your fruit snacks 100% fruit?
Fruit crunchies and fruit-only mixes are made from 100% fruit. Granola bites and fusion packs combine fruit with grains, nuts, and seeds.
Do your products contain added sugar?
Our fruit-only snacks have no added sugar—just fruit. Granola Bites (e.g., Dulce de Leche, Cocoa & Nuts, Apple & Peanuts, Cinnamon & Raisins) contain sugar as part of the recipe. Always check the nutrition panel on the product page.
Any allergens I should know about?
Some Granola Bites include peanuts, tree nuts, or dairy (e.g., Apple & Peanuts; Cocoa & Nuts; Dulce de Leche). Fruit-only snacks are just fruit. Please review each product’s ingredient list and allergen statement before purchasing.
Are Aycana snacks vegan or gluten‑free?
Fruit-only snacks are typically vegan and naturally gluten‑free. Some Granola Bites may include dairy or ingredients processed with gluten‑containing grains. Check each product page for full ingredient and allergen info.
How should I store the snacks?
Keep pouches sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For maximum crunch, reseal after opening and enjoy soon after.
What are Aycanauts™ Kids Packs?
Space‑themed, kid‑friendly packs with interactive QR codes and collectible rewards—made to make snack time fun and exploratory.
Can I send Aycana as a gift?
Yes! Add your recipient’s address at checkout. You can include a gift note in the order notes; we’ll leave out pricing on the packing slip.
